Tip 6 ...... short stories

A good way to write is by trying a short story. At my local writing group, @Worcester Writers' Circle, we are given a genre and a title and we can write anything on that topic. Another way to get ideas is to use a picture, anecdote, piece of music or memory to get you stimulated.

Don't worry about structure - just have a go - use your life, use your experience, use your memories and see where you take. Next time we'll talk about structure .......
